3. Subscription & Payments
- Fees: Users agree to pay all fees associated with their chosen subscription plan.
- Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of TheraNucleus and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
